Create your account

You can create a Notra Scribe account on the website or in the iPhone app. The same email and password work on both.

On the web

1. Open notralabs.com and choose Create account.
2. Enter your name, work email, and a password of at least 12 characters. A short phrase is easier to remember than a complex string.
3. Choose your specialty. If it is not listed, pick Other and type it in.
4. Review the Terms of Service and Privacy & HIPAA pages, then submit.

On iPhone

1. Open the Notra app and choose Create account.
2. Enter the same details as on the web: name, email, password (12+ characters), and specialty.
3. After signup you enter a 6-digit code from your email to verify the address. Authenticator setup is required when you subscribe.

What happens next

New accounts start a free 2-hour recording trial after you verify your email with a 6-digit code. The trial does not expire on a calendar date. Authenticator-app MFA is required when you subscribe (paid or complimentary). Demo accounts skip checkout and MFA.
