The service
Notra Scribe helps licensed clinicians record visits, generate transcripts, and produce structured clinical notes and coding suggestions using templates you configure. The service is provided for professional clinical documentation support—not as a substitute for clinical judgment.
Eligibility & accounts
- You must be authorized to use the service for clinical documentation in your practice or organization.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.
Your responsibilities
- Clinical responsibility: You remain solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any note, transcript, or code suggestion before it is used in a patient record or for billing.
- Not emergency care: The service is not for emergency medical decision-making and does not provide medical advice.
- Compliance: You are responsible for using the service in a manner consistent with applicable law, your professional obligations, and your organization’s policies.
Privacy & PHI
Our handling of personal data and protected health information is described in our Privacy & HIPAA page. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available for you or your covered entity to sign.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law, or use outputs in a way that violates patient privacy or applicable regulations.
Trial, subscription & availability
New accounts start a free trial of 2 hours of recording. No payment card is required to start, and the trial does not expire on a calendar date. After the trial, continued recording requires an active subscription purchased on the website (or complimentary access by invitation). Subscribers can cancel from Account → Manage billing on the website. Access continues through the remaining paid period.
Features may change, and the service may be interrupted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOTRA LABS, LLC AND ITS SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
