The service
Notra Scribe helps licensed clinicians record visits, generate transcripts, and produce structured clinical notes and coding suggestions using templates you configure. The service is provided for professional clinical documentation support—not as a substitute for clinical judgment.
Eligibility & accounts
- You must be authorized to use the service for clinical documentation in your practice or organization.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.
Your responsibilities
- Clinical responsibility: You remain solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any note, transcript, or code suggestion before it is used in a patient record or for billing.
- Not emergency care: The service is not for emergency medical decision-making and does not provide medical advice.
- Compliance: You are responsible for using the service in a manner consistent with applicable law, your professional obligations, and your organization’s policies.
Privacy & PHI
Our handling of personal data and protected health information is described in our Privacy & HIPAA page. Where we act as a Business Associate, a BAA with your covered entity governs PHI processing for production use.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law, or use outputs in a way that violates patient privacy or applicable regulations.
Pilot nature & availability
During early access, features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Pricing and commercial terms for general availability will be published separately before GA.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” DURING THE PILOT, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOTRA LABS AND ITS SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
