Delete a note or your account

Delete one note

1. Open the note.
2. Choose Delete note from the note menu and confirm.

That visit’s audio, transcript, and note leave primary storage immediately. Backups roll off within 7 days. If you keep the note, the recording is still deleted automatically 60 days after the visit.

Delete your account

1. Open Account on the web or in the iPhone app.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and enter your current password to confirm.

This permanently deletes your notes, audio recordings, templates, and account. It cannot be undone. We keep a limited operational record (your email, time, and item counts — not clinical content) for support and security.

There is no bulk patient-data export yet. Delete individual notes or the whole account if you need data removed.
