Review, edit, and copy a note

Open a note

1. Go to Notes and select the visit.
2. Review the generated sections. You can edit the text directly.
3. Switch between the note, suggested ICD-10 / CPT codes, and the transcript.

Copy into your chart

Notra does not connect to an EHR yet. When the note looks right:

• Copy All, or copy a single section, into the chart.
• Copy All Codes, or copy ICD-10 and CPT separately.
• Copy Transcript if you need the raw visit text.
