Revise this note
Use Revise when you want a one-time change — for example, “Shorten the Assessment and add more detail on the knee exam.” The instruction applies only to this regeneration. It is not saved as a template or general rule.
- Open the note and choose Revise.
- Describe what to change in plain English.
- Choose Apply & regenerate and wait for the updated note.
Change template and regenerate
If the wrong format was used, change the template on the note and regenerate. Notra will rebuild the note from the transcript using that template’s rules plus your general rules.
What does not change
Editing templates or general rules does not rewrite notes you already generated. Only new recordings — or a revise/regenerate on a specific note — pick up the latest rules.
