Subscribe and manage billing

Notra Scribe is $59 per clinician per month. Billing runs on the website through Stripe. The iPhone app is a free companion client — it does not include in-app purchase and does not open checkout or billing links.

Subscribe

1. Sign in on the web. After MFA, unpaid accounts are sent to Subscribe.
2. Choose Continue to checkout. Stripe collects payment on their hosted page.
3. When checkout finishes you can record visits on web and iPhone.

Complimentary and invite accounts skip checkout and already have access.

On iPhone

The iPhone app does not sell subscriptions or open payment pages. Sign in with an account that already has access (trial, paid, or complimentary). If access was added on the website, use “I’ve finished setup” on the access screen or sign in again.

Change or cancel

1. On the website, open Account and choose Manage billing. That opens the Stripe customer portal in the browser.
2. Update the card, download invoices, or cancel from the portal.
3. Access continues through the paid period. Past-due accounts keep access until the subscription is canceled or the account is suspended.
